I can’t get enough of multiple exposure photos. They are like looking at the sky and finding shapes in the ever-changing clouds, every on-looker has their personal interpretation. The first time I tried multiple exposed photography was with my Cannon AE-1; I was 16. When I moved onto digital and played around with multiple exposure, it was thoughtful and beautiful, but there was a key element that was missing: R A N D O M. Shooting a roll of film twice does something that digital can never do, there is an unknown element that lurks in every photo…the ever-changing clouds. I decided to shoot one roll, twice, over my first year as a married lady : ) These photos are so special to me, my private sky filled with memorable clouds (some of which I share in the captions below). The entire roll was unplanned, I would grab my camera for some hikes and capture little details of our surroundings, and I am head-over-heels about how it turned out.
